Who we are

The mission of Wish Upon a Stork Foundation is to aid those struggling with infertility and trying to afford to grow a family through financial generosity and volunteer commitment in the United States. 

Most of the board members themselves have undergone fertility treatments, so we understand some of what you are going through. Find out more about the board below and why we are passionate about Wish Upon a Stork Foundation.

    PRESIDENT

    Wish Upon a Stork Foundation is near and dear to me. My husband and I have been struggling with infertility for almost a decade. I know what the cost is, especially after paying for 4 failed IUI’s with no insurance coverage. My biggest wish is to help others be able to afford a chance to have a child of their own or adopt without going into bankruptcy. My husband and I have other options to help us pay for IVF, but not everyone does. This is where the mission of Wish Upon a Stork Foundation comes in, to help those who want something so badly, but can’t afford it.

    In my downtime I teach Pilates, am an avid reader, and enjoy my spending time with my dogs and husband.

    When I was told about the Wish Upon a Stork Foundation, I was more than happy to help. My husband and I struggled having a child. For years we tried and tried with no success. We finally did IVF and were so excited when after the second try it was successful, we were going to have a baby. Unfortunately, we soon found out that it was an ectopic pregnancy and there was no way to save the baby. With our last two eggs, we were again successful. Now we have 2 beautiful twin daughters who are the love of our lives. With Wish Upon a Stork Foundation we can help pass our experience to other families without all the expenses, and more of the joy.
